1 package Knorr vegetable recipe mix
1 can (16 oz) pinto beans, undrained
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles, undrained
1 c Mexican blend cheese, divided
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place Knorr mix, chili powder and beans in food processor, processing until almost smooth. Stir in chilis and 1/2 c cheese. Place in shallow 1 quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir, then top with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish, if desired, with your favorite taco toppings.
